“Literally the worst facial and experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years of life. This place is actually COMICAL the way they make themselves look on social media vs. how they treat you in person. Made an appointment and was forced to pay a deposit. I thought wow, must be very legit. When I get to my appointment they didn’t even put me into a room until 45 minutes later. Started me off with 15 minutes of blue light????? Which doesn’t even make sense. Then had me move to a different room for the steam on my face… and then made me move AGAIN to a different room for the “facial”. When I tell you I paid $140 for a facial and he DIDNT EVEN WASH MY FACE WITH A CLEANSER. after extractions we put a mask on my face and said since I couldn’t stay any longer I should just leave with these mountain of goop on my face. Light, steam, extractions, and a mask. Oh and let me not forget the beds wrapped in plastic wrap. Horrible horrible horrible horrible. I actually can’t believe I wasted money of this. What a joke.”

“I found Mr. Carlos through Instagram, I saw many good comments and others not so good, but I wanted to try it anyway. I have some acne due to hormonal changes and I thought these treatments could help a little. I made an appointment and to begin with they attended me 2 hours after my arrival, I asked Carlos's assistant and she rudely answered that it did not depend on them, really? When my turn finally came, a procedure that had a cost of 250 dollars and which lasted 20 min. I felt like I was throwing my money away, I have never regretted it so much. And finally, when I go to make the payment, the assistant makes a bad face because I didn't leave a tip...bad customer service, bad service. I don't recommend it..that was my experience..”
